Shipment
We ship exclusively within Austria using our reliable logistics partner DPD Austria. All in-stock products are shipped immediately after production is completed. You will receive a shipping confirmation email including a tracking number as soon as your order leaves our facility.
Delivery Time
Standard delivery time is 3 to 5 business days after production completion. Please note that weekends and public holidays may extend the delivery period by one additional working day.

- Standard Shipping: € 7.90 per order within Austria
- Free Shipping: for orders over € 100.00
Tracking Your Shipment
As soon as your order has been handed over to DPD, you will receive an email with a tracking number. With this link, you can check the status of your shipment at any time.
Delivery to Your Preferred Address
If you are a registered customer, you may ship your order to an alternative address, such as your workplace or a neighbor. The invoice will be sent to the billing address saved in your customer account.
Transport Damage
Please check your delivery upon receipt for visible damage or missing items. If any product is damaged, you can return it to us, and we will replace it free of charge.
Returns & Withdrawal
If you wish to exercise your right of withdrawal, please package the item securely and include the return form. Important: affix the return label over the original address label to ensure smooth processing. We recommend using insured parcel shipping with tracking. Keep the shipping confirmation until we have processed your return.
Custom-made products such as print orders, personalized textiles, or products with initials or individual designs are excluded from return or refund as they are manufactured according to your specifications (pursuant to §18 of the Austrian Distance and Off-Premises Contracts Act – FAGG).
Important Note on Free Shipping
Free shipping for orders over € 100.00 only applies if the purchase contract is upheld. If you cancel your order after the shipment has been dispatched, the original shipping cost of € 7.90 will be deducted from your refund.
