Cancellation Policy (Services) & Cancellation Form
Consumers have a right of withdrawal under the following provisions, whereby a consumer is any natural person who concludes a legal transaction for purposes that are predominantly not attributable to their commercial or independent professional activity:

Right of Withdrawal
You have the right to withdraw from this contract within fourteen days without giving any reason.
The withdrawal period is fourteen days from the day the contract was concluded.
To exercise your right of withdrawal, you must inform us (Druckplan GmbH, Dr. Skala Straße 3-5, 1210 Vienna, Austria, Tel.: +43 (1) 928 21 90 01, Email: support@druckplan.com) by means of a clear statement (e.g. a letter sent by post or email) about your decision to withdraw from this contract.
You may use the attached model withdrawal form for this purpose, but it is not mandatory.
To meet the withdrawal deadline, it is sufficient for you to send your communication concerning your exercise of the right of withdrawal before the withdrawal period has expired.
Consequences of Withdrawal
If you withdraw from this contract, we shall reimburse to you all payments received from you, including the costs of delivery (with the exception of the additional costs resulting from your choice of a type of delivery other than the least expensive type of standard delivery offered by us), without undue delay and in any event not later than fourteen days from the day on which we are informed about your decision to withdraw from this contract. For this reimbursement, we will use the same means of payment as you used for the initial transaction, unless expressly agreed otherwise with you; in no event will you be charged any fees as a result of this reimbursement.
If you requested that the services begin during the withdrawal period, you shall pay us an amount which is in proportion to what has been provided until you have communicated to us your withdrawal from this contract, in comparison with the full coverage of the contract.
Exclusion or Early Expiry of the Right of Withdrawal
The right of withdrawal expires early if we have fully performed the service and we only began to carry out the service after you gave your express consent and simultaneously confirmed your knowledge that you will lose your right of withdrawal upon complete fulfillment of the contract by us.
