In addition to our group sessions, we also offer personalized individual training. Whether you're a beginner or a high-performance athlete, our sessions are tailored to your age, experience, and goals.
We focus on technical skills, cognitive ability, and fast decision-making. What makes our training unique is the integration of neuroscience to strengthen mental and emotional development.
Depending on your thoughts and emotions, you can enter a state of absolute focus—commonly known as “the zone.” This state is supported by key neurotransmitters: Epinephrine for alertness, Acetylcholine for focus, and Dopamine for motivation and motor learning.
So how do you activate them? MINDSET IS EVERYTHING! Every thought affects your performance and well-being. That’s why our individual sessions also include mindfulness, meditation, and visualization techniques.
We deliberately challenge our athletes’ brains. Only through mistakes can we unlock peak concentration and powerful learning effects.
