8) Data Processing for Order Handling
8.1 Submission of Image Files for Order Processing via Upload Function
Our website offers the opportunity to personalize products by submitting image files via an upload function. The submitted image will be used as a template for customizing the selected product.
Via the upload form on our website, you can transfer one or more image files directly from your device to us using an automated, encrypted transfer. We collect, store, and use the files solely to produce the personalized product as described on our website. If the files need to be forwarded to specialized service providers for production and order processing, this will be stated explicitly below. No further data sharing occurs. If the submitted image files contain personal data (especially images of identifiable persons), processing is conducted exclusively for the purpose of processing your order in accordance with Art. 6 (1)(b) GDPR.
